Busted Hot Water Heater Affects Lower Level

This customer woke up to a mess. Her hot water heater burst overnight affecting a large portion of the lower level of her home. She contacted us to come out and complete the water mitigation later that morning. We came out and began extracting water and assessing the overall damage. We had to remove some sheet rock and all the flooring as the carpet was delaminated and there was water under her tile flooring. We were able to complete her tear out the same day and set drying equipment. The equipment was in place for three full days to ensure all areas were dried properly to avoid further damage. We are also working with her for repairs!
