Bat Infestation Cleanup for Property Management Company

We were contacted by a property management company we work with regularly about do clean up from a bat infestation. First we advised they have a professional come out and remove the bats. Once that was complete we secured the property to prevent them from entering in the future. There was a large amount of feces in the insulation through out the attic and both properties that were experiencing this issue. We geared up and did the removal of all the affected material and disinfected the entire area to prevent spread of bacteria/ Once that was complete we were able to replace all the material and let the tenants and property manager know everything was secure and the problem had been solved.
