Apartment with Water Damage

We were called out by the adjuster for water mitigation at this apartment. The customer had a lot of expensive items and furniture she wanted removed prior to us beginning work. We had a storage pod delivered to her property to store her belongings and we packaged those and removed them prior to avoid anything possibly being damaged. We had to removed flooring in several areas and remove some sheet rock. The drying took roughly three days and once dry we began the repairs. Once repairs were complete we brought all of the contents back inside and unpackaged them and helped home owner with placement. Home owner was very pleased with all of our work!
