Bathroom with Mold Growth under Flooring

We were called out to this property by the home owner after their tenant had moved out. They believed the hall bath room suffered some water damage at some point during the last year while the home was occupied by the tenants. They asked up to come in and complete an inspection and testing to verify if they did in fact have mold and if so how they should handle it. We did find mold and located the source of the moisture in that hall bath. We came in and did the necessary tear out and replaced the affected material to avoid larger issues in the future.
