Flooded Upper Floor in Walnut Creek

This home's whole upper floor was flooded. The bathroom and two adjacent bedrooms were affected. The water had been absorbed into the walls and sub floor prior to our arrival. We completed mitigation and did all necessary tear out in about 3 days. The initial loss occurred when a water line froze and burst. We worked with the home owner and the adjusters to get the home back to pre loss condition in a timely manner. The home owners expressed their gratitude for us providing them service that was quick and technicians that were knowledgeable. Any time we can ease the pain after their world is turned upside down we are more than happy to help!
