Water Damage from a Winter Storm

During a cold snap over the winter we had several calls come in for busted water lines after they had frozen due below freezing temperatures for several days. This home being one of them. A water line busted affecting a bathroom and bedroom. The home was actually for sale at the time and the damage went unseen for a few days. Once the home owner found the damage they contacted us to begin the mitigation. We basically gutted the entire bathroom and bedroom, removing any affected material. Once we completed the dry out we started repairs. The bathroom and bedroom we transformed once the work was complete!
