Entire Laundry Room affected by Mold

We were called out to this property initially for mold remediation only. We got on site and after assessing the property and finding out when it was built we felt we needed an industrial hygienist to come out and test what kind of mold we're dealing with and if asbestos was present based on the age of the home. There was indeed asbestos so we had that removed and completed the mold remediation. We found that the root cause of the mold stemmed from a leaky fitting on the washing machine. Luckily we were overall able to make the home safer for the home owners so we'll call it a good day!
